The other day, after convincing the School Nurse that I'm not pregnant, she handed me the startup kit for young women (a three month supply of birth control pills), and then of course, you had to fill in a form, confirming that you hav got the startup kit.... lovely, I love forms.
Anyhow, you had to fill in your weight, and I have not wanted to know for years, neither did I now, but she put me on the scales, and calculated me to 165 pounds, which apparently at my height is overweight.
Thank you School Nurse for shouting that out in front of my boyfriend, who by the way weighs 145. He's not skinny he just doesn't have that much else than muscles on his bones.
But then I figured I should start working out once in a while, which I guess is better for my health. So one of my friends told me he works out only 15 minutes, but every day, and I kind of fell for that idea, since I have absoultely no patiens at all, and being in the gym for an hour or so would be such a waste of time in my opinion. 15 minutes a day sounded way nicer.
SO.. starting today, I have 15 minutes in the morning and 15 in the evening full body workout.
Better start now before I get anorexia.
Stupid nurse
